Return Policy & Process
1. Eligibility
Most items may not be returned and are non-refundable. However, on a case-by-case basis, we may accept returns or authorize exchanges. For example, if an item was damaged during shipping.
2. Initiating a Return
- - Navigate to our Contact Page.
- - Fill out the form. Include your name and email, as well as relevant details to your order.
- - We will reach out to you as soon as possible!
3. Refund Processing
If appropriate, a refund will be issued to the payment card used during purchase.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or you did not receive the item, please contact support within 14 days. We’ll investigate and work with our shipping handler and payment processor to resolve the issue.
